Exchange new for old in the case of a break down where we are unable to fix on site-

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED, OUR TERMS ARE-

Royal Springs warrants it’s appliance to the first purchaser as follows and subject to the stated terms and conditions by the manufacturer/ and/or his supplier:
Any defect in the appliance occurring within the first twelve months from the date of purchase (3 month with commercial use) will be replaced or repaired at our/the manufacturers suppliers discretion.

Conditions of supply and Warranty:

1.
The appliance supplied must be installed by a licensed plumber and in in accordance with the User’s Manual.
2.
The Warranty extends only to the repairing of the equipment and/or replacing of any component that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
3.
The Warranty does not cover defects occasioned by misuse, alterations or accident(s) or the damage cursed to either of the equipment and/or any damage coursed to any premises by the foulty equipment.
4.
In the unlikely event of the malfunction of our products) supplied by us to you, please phone our customer service line for advice on 1300 55 22 66 in Australia along with your original purchase receipt.
5.
Warranty: The warranty stipulates and is limited to, for any replacement and/or the repair of any equipment submitted the repair and or replacement is on the basis:
a.
All and any of the cost for shipping for the return of the goods to the supplier/importer and/or manufacturer are to be borne by the customer.
b.
Including, the return from the supplier to the customer.
c.
Return shipment is to be paid prior to the dispatch of the goods.
d.
Any damage during shipping to the goods is at the purchasers own expense.
e.
Shipping insurance is available at the clients request at the prevailing charge for shipping.

Special terms and conditions:
All and any warranty is nil and void and denied by Royal Springs and any of its associated companies on any water cooler and filter equipment either installed, supplied that are not installed in accordance to prevailing regulations. All equipment installed mast be performed by a licensed instaler/plumber and in in accordance with the User’s Manual.
Any warranty unless previous agreed to and confirmed in writing, as and where offered and/or aplicable is limited to one year only.
