Free supply of all of the rented equipment.

Free filter system (with POU units you get an Eco2 unit)

 Free delivery, Free installation. 

Free repair and/or replacement in the case of a breackdown.

Free service and/or maintenance-

Free access to our extensive industry experience and expertise.

(We only use the most advanced filters!) These filters are specially selected to deal with the condition of your local water supply-

Free cleaning and sterilization of the equipment inside and out-

Free check of thermostat and adjustment-

Free parts and labour-

Exchange new for old in the case of a break down where we are unable to fix on site-

Fife year price guarantee-

Exchange new for old at the end of the rental period-

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED, OUR TERMS ARE-

Royal Springs warrants it's appliance to the first purchaser as follows and subject to the stated terms and conditions by the manufacturer/ and/or his supplier:
Any defect in the appliance occurring within the first twelve months from the date of purchase (3 month with commercial use) will be replaced or repaired at our/the manufacturers suppliers discretion.

Conditions of this Warranty:

1. The appliance must be installed in accordance with the User's Manual.
2. The Warranty extends only to repairing or replacing any component that proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
3. The Warranty does not cover defects occasioned by misuse, alterations or   accident(s).
4. In the unlikely event of malfunction of our products) supplied by us to you, please phone our customer service line for advice on 1300 55 22 66 in Australia along with your original purchase receipt.
5. Warranty: (Shipping charges)
The warranty stipulates, for any replacement and/or the repair of any equipment submitted the repair and or replacement is on the basis:
a. All and any of the cost for shipping for the return of the goods to the supplier/importer  and/or manufacturer are to be borne by the customer.
b. Including, the return from the supplier to the customer.
c. Return shipment is to be paid prior to the dispatch of the goods.
d. Any damage during shipping to the goods is at the purchasers own expense.
e. Shipping insurance is available at the clients request at the prevailing chargefor   shipping
