We ship directly to your door so you can order all your water cooler, filters and/or parts and receive them from the comfort of your business or at home.

Filters and/or parts are sent via Australia Post.
Shipping Rates for by Australia Post to most areas within Australia the following rates apply.
Postage is calculated on the gross weight of your order.
The average shipping cost for most orders is $9.00.

10gm to 500gm AU$ 7.50
500gm to 5kg AU$ 9.00
5kg to 10kg AU$ 10.50
More than 10kg AU $27.00

Express Post

Up to 3kg AU$ 10.00
Each 3kg after or part thereof AU$ 10.00

Water coolers depending on the make are sent via Courier or Road Transport ex Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide store.

Shipping charges:
Costs vary depending on distance and your geographical location.
For filters and/or parts $10-19.00 for larger items e.g. water coolers approximately $35-00 for local (Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide Metro and approximately $60.00 for Interstate Metro. Country and Outback depending on the geographical location $ P.O.A.
Larger items are measured on there cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched.

Overseas deliveries:
Overseas deliveries are made via FedEx or a freight forwarding agency and are charged according to the country and locations destination.

Delivery time:
All goods (wherever possible) are processed within 24 hours, allow 3 working days for the delivery of your order within east coast and 5-7 days west coast. Deliveries for small items purchased are sent via registered Australia Post . Larger items are delivered via Road transport or company truck and may take between 3-7 days or longer depending on the geographical location.
Orders will be dispatched upon payment and cleared funds.
