Reminder service offered by Royal Springs;
We can either, send you your replacement cartridge by Courier or Australia Post or we can send a trained service representative to attend to the service and/or filter cartridge change.

In order to satisfy OH&S requirements and/or your own desire to have at all times clean and hygienic food producing equipment, then all and any water cooling and or water dispensing and filter equipment requires regular cleaning and service.

Filters and how long do they last:
Most filters are designed (in most cases) to last up to twelve month, however after six month there is the possibility of chemical break through. It is for this reason that with recommend, as it is the case with all of the Royal Springs rented water coolers the filters get changed every six month (26 weeks)
